Returns & Refunds: By purchasing any of the products displayed on the Reefined CBD Site, you demonstrate a clear understanding that the products contain CBD (cannabidiol). The FDA has not examined these products. As such, they are intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any ailment or disease. You are advised to consult with a certified physician before starting a new dietary supplement program that involves our products.
We are committed to strict compliance with FDA regulations. Therefore, as the FDA has not evaluated these products, we make no claims about its benefits. So, If you decide to purchase our products, you are buying them with the above understanding.
We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with each purchase, but we understand that sometimes things happen. Kindly email us at sales@reefinedcbd.com if you have any issues with your purchase; we are more than happy to speak with you. Our customer service team will provide a prompt response.
Notwithstanding, if you still wish to return the product, the product must not be opened, and it must be within seven days after you received the product. Kindly see our Returns Policy below.
Customers are liable to pay any and all cost that pertains to shipping the product back to us. For a product to eligible for returns, the product must remain in its original package without being opened or tampered with in any way. We are not able to accept back any product that has been opened or used
Please note that we do not have a money-back guarantee as CBD reacts on everyone differently.
All Reefined CBD products purchased via retail, have your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy on our website.
Return Process
- Send an email to us at sales@reefinedcbd.com to notify us that you will be returning the product you purchased from us (according to the conditions stated above). You may request the return shipping address via email.
- Once you have shipped the product, kindly send an email to us at sales@reefinedcbd.com with the tracking number to keep an eye out for the product.
- Immediately we receive your package at our facility and confirm its condition; we will then issue a refund for the unopened product and email you a confirmation. Kindly allow 7-10 days for the refund to be processed and sent to your initial payment method.

All products purchased via retail outlet after your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you understand and agree to the refund policy. We will only accept returns and issue refunds from purchases made on reefinedcbd.com. Reefined CBD will not allow returns from a purchase made in a retail store.
